Individuals who are employees, contractors or representatives of the business that we do business with, including but not limited to our enterprise customers (“Customers”);
Individuals who use our Services to manage access by our Customers of the individual’s login credentials to third party services; and

If you are an employee, contractor or representative of our Customer and access the web management platform portion of our Service, this Privacy Policy does not apply to our processing of your personal information in that capacity. In that case, the corresponding Customer will be responsible - i.e. the controller, for any personal information that we have about you. In that case, we will only process such personal information on the instructions of that Customer in accordance with the contract we have in place with such Customer and do not determine and for which purposes the information will be processed. Please contact the relevant Customer if you have any questions on the processing of your personal information and any rights you may have. However, please note that this Privacy Policy may still apply to the extent you are also an End User or Website Visitor.
As an End User, please note that our Customers are independent third parties that maintain their own business practices and policies outside of their relationship with Anon and their use of the Services. As a result, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or data practices of our Customers, who may maintain separate policies and practices.
By using the Services and/or providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed and used in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in line with the “Changes to the Privacy Policy” section below. To the extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Services and Websites constitutes your acceptance to those amendments and the updated Statement.
